Iron ore is one kind of rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. The ores are usually rich in iron oxides and vary in color from dark grey, bright yellow, deep purple, to rusty red.
One of our customers from North America needs to grind Iron ore for further processing.
He required the final products’ fineness to be 100-325 Mesh. Our engineers recommended European Tech. Grinding Mill with other screening plants for his project and made a complete Iron ore grinding line for him.
Iron Ore Processing Line:
Configured Equipment: Vibrating Feeder +Jaw Crusher+ Hydraulic Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen+ MTW Mill
Large Iron Ore should be fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Then the material will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for second crushing. The crushed Iron ore will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. The Suitable Product will be sent to the Raymond mill for further processing.
